With 12+ years in Aerospace building and leading teams, I leverage my expertise to support executives and leaders at all levels, teams and organizations to lead, thrive and create extraordinary results.
One of my biggest passions is creating accessibility and empowerment, and I teach keys to creating maximum results and effectiveness through emotional intelligence, awareness, communication, giving and receiving feedback, and leadership.I am a mentor coach and coach educator and am currently Director of Executive and Leadership Coaching at Arootah, a NYC-based startup.
