I have a strong passion for empowering new, existing and aspiring leaders to reach their highest potential. Not only is the new or aspiring leader often one of the most neglected individuals in an organization, but women often require special support to be heard, recognized and rewarded. Having been in Corporate America for well over 30 years’; I know firsthand the challenges that many face on a daily basis.
My personal experiences work to fuel my passion to equip my clients with the tools to overcome any obstacles that may currently stand in their way of being whatever they want to be, without apology, guilt or fear.
