In this session, we’ll look at:

- What coaches and leaders are navigating as expectations continue to shift
- Where traditional ideas about authority and influence fall short
- What’s happening below the surface as clients figure out how they want to lead
This session is a facilitated, conversational learning space designed for reflection, dialogue, and real-time practice. LaTonya recently facilitated a similar session at the ICF Midwest Coaches Conference and is looking forward to continuing the dialogue with ICF GA
About the Facilitator
LaTonya Wilkins is a leadership development expert, executive coach, and author of the award-winning Leading Below the Surface. She is the founder of Leading Below the Surface: Relational Coach Training, an ICF-approved leadership and coaching development experience, and Change Coaches, a firm built on one simple truth: the competencies that make a great leader and a great coach are the same.
