DESCRIPTION:This reflective and practical session explores how coaches can 
 remain grounded and effective while supporting clients through uncertainty
 \, disruption\, and transition. Coaching in Chaotic Times introduces the C
 ALM framework — a four-part reflective model designed to strengthen coac
 hing presence\, deepen listening\, and evoke meaningful awareness in compl
 ex environments.\n\nOriginally presented to the Friends of Government Coac
 hing (FOGC)\, this session has since benefited over 100 coaches and leader
 s across sectors and has become a favorite offering for ICF chapter events
 . Participants will learn practical ways to create steadiness in coaching 
 conversations and help clients move forward with clarity and resilience ev
 en when circumstances feel unsettled.\nEarn 1.5 CCEs\nLearning objectives\
 nBy the end of this session\, participants will be able to:\n\n 	Apply the
  CALM framework (Clues of Hope\, Actual vs. Assumed\, Lasting vs. Changing
 \, Meaningful Support) in coaching conversations with clients navigating u
 ncertainty.\n 	Demonstrate increased coaching presence and active listenin
