  Advocate for Coaches in Service\n\nDr. Jim Robey is a Master Certified Co
 ach (MCC) with over 21 years of experience empowering coaches and leaders 
 across government\, business\, and faith-based sectors. Jim\, a retired Un
 ited Methodist minister\, brings a compassionate presence\, deep listening
 \, and a strong sense of purpose to every coaching relationship.\nTrained 
 by the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI)\, Jim is passionate about mentor
 ing coaches\, particularly those early in their journey. His work includes
  providing leadership coaching for coaches and leaders.\nJim's signature p
 ro bono course\, Coaching in Chaotic Times\, has been offered to numerous 
 audiences and reflects his commitment to supporting coaches navigating unc
 ertainty and complexity.\nAs part of his reimagined practice—Jim Robey C
 oaching LLC—he offers spaces like the Wednesday Wisdom Hour and The Comp
