Based on John Maxwell’s book, Everyone Communicates, Few Connect, this interactive Lunch & Learn explores how intentional communication can strengthen relationships, increase influence, build trust, and create greater engagement. Participants will discover practical strategies for connecting more effectively with clients, colleagues, teams, and the people they serve.
Through discussion, reflection, and real-world application, attendees will leave with actionable tools that can immediately enhance their coaching conversations, leadership effectiveness, and personal relationships.

Freda Cornelius is a certified coach with more than 11 years of coaching experience, a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member and Facilitator, business owner, and wellness practitioner.
As owner of Professional Framing Ventures and founder of Reframing Memories and Tranquil Wellness Centers, Freda combines leadership development, coaching, and personal growth principles to help individuals and organizations achieve greater clarity, connection, and results.
