Dr. Karma Hill is an executive coach, organizational consultant, and positive psychology practitioner who helps leaders and organizations prevent burnout, strengthen emotional intelligence, and build sustainable, human-centered cultures. She currently serves as President of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Georgia Chapter, where she is dedicated to strengthening community, building leadership capacity, and expanding the impact of professional coaching across the state.

Dr. Hill is the founder of Konversations with Karma, a coaching and consulting practice grounded in her signature REST™ Framework—Resilience, Emotional Intelligence, Self-Care, and Trust. Through this framework, she partners with leaders and organizations to navigate complexity, restore capacity, and lead with clarity and purpose without sacrificing well-being.

She holds a PhD in Business Psychology, with research focused on leadership burnout and the impact of positive psychology coaching among African American women leaders in the post-COVID workplace. Dr. Hill also holds a Master’s degree in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC). Her work is trauma-informed, equity-conscious, and rooted in evidence-based coaching practices.

As President of ICF Georgia, Dr. Hill’s leadership is anchored in three core pillars: capacity, connection, and community impact. She is passionate about engaging coaches at every stage of their journey, cultivating meaningful partnerships, and positioning coaching as a vital resource for individuals, organizations, and communities throughout Georgia.

Dr. Hill is a proud Georgia native and alumna of Georgia State University. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys hiking, yoga, gardening, and creating spaces that invite reflection, restoration, and growth.

Wanzel Jessie is an accomplished operations executive and ICF-ACC credentialed executive coach with more than 25 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational transformation across Fortune 500 companies in retail, financial services, technology, and consumer electronics. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles where he successfully launched new divisions, accelerated growth within established business units, and led complex reorganizations to strengthen performance and scalability.

Known for aligning strategy, financial results, and people development, Wanzel brings a balanced approach that connects operational excellence with human-centered leadership. He has implemented technology-enabled solutions and process improvements that enhanced customer satisfaction, increased efficiency, and strengthened organizational resilience. Wanzel has served as Treasurer and Board President of ICF Georgia.

In addition to his corporate leadership, Wanzel is the founder of MIH Coaching, an executive coaching and leadership development firm that partners with executives and emerging leaders to build clarity, confidence, and action-driven frameworks for sustained success. Guided by servant leadership principles, he is passionate about developing high-performing, values-based cultures where individuals thrive, teams excel, and organizations grow with purpose.

Her coaching style emphasizes collaboration, clarity, and accountability—supporting leaders as they strengthen decision-making, navigate change, and reach their full potential.
In her role as Director of Membership, Yvette is focused on enhancing the member experience, fostering meaningful engagement, and supporting the growth and retention of a vibrant, inclusive coaching community.

Yvette is a senior executive and consultant with over 25 years of leadership experience and has spent the last five years working as an ICF-credentialed coach. Her professional background spans both public and private sector organizations, with a strong focus on leadership development and organizational transformation.

She holds a Ph.D. in Applied Management and Decision Sciences with a specialization in Leadership and Organizational Change from Walden University, an MBA from Alabama A&M University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Yvette is the CEO and President of Global Contour Coaching, LLC, where she continues her mission of empowering leaders to lead with clarity, confidence, and impact.

Joy R’zelle Butts, ACC, is a dynamic Learning and Leadership Development professional and Certified Professional Coach with more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals and organizations through growth, transition, and transformation. Through her coaching practice, Active Potential Coaching, she partners with individuals to gain clarity and build confidence as they navigate complex career and life transitions. Clients share that her coaching empowers them to refine their personal and professional narratives, build productive habits, and secure new roles or promotions with greater confidence.

In addition to her coaching practice, Joy serves as the Talent Operations Manager at HRCatalyst, where she leads large scale leadership development, performance management, and culture assessment projects for organizations ranging from nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies.

Joy’s commitment to service extends beyond her professional work. She has volunteered for over 15 years supporting public schools and currently serves as a Board Member for the Smyrna Education Foundation. She also contributes to the broader talent community as a volunteer mentor with NAAAHR Atlanta and a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD).

Certified in Everything DiSC, and the Strong Interest Inventory, Joy brings a research informed and human centered approach to her work. Dr. Scott Drexler brings over 25 years of elite coaching experience to high-stakes leadership development. Along his ICF ACC-certified coaching journey, he has guided Navy SEALs, combat medics, U.S. Marshals, FBI agents, EMTs, firefighters, infectious disease clinicians, emergency managers, and C-suite executives through exceptional-circumstance decision-making and performance optimization. Through his firm Spearpoint Performance, he serves the “vocational 20%”, leaders who view leadership as an infinite mastery journey rather than a finite destination.

His coaching methodology draws from three decades of operational excellence across military special operations, federal emergency management, and organizational development. As a retired Navy SEAL with specialized SDV Team experience, he led combat operations and served as chief special weapons instructor. Currently, as Director of Emergency Operations for HHS/ASPR’s Strategic National Stockpile, he manages nationwide public health emergencies including COVID-19, Mpox, and H5N1, achieving 99.5% operational reliability during continuous crisis operations.

Dr. Drexler’s pracademic foundation includes award-winning dissertation research on mindful awareness in High Reliability Organization leaders, earning Dissertation of the Year recognition from University of Phoenix (2018). This research documented how elite performers develop decision-making capabilities under radical uncertainty, findings that inform his SEAL Savvy COACH model framework.

As a federal competency architect, he led creation of the nation’s first Critical Infrastructure Facility Security Officer (CIFSO) program and co-developed the GS-0089 Public Health Emergency Management Specialist competencies, establishing federal standards for emergency managers nationwide.

In Savannah, Georgia, Natasha hosts and facilitates life skills workshops for the Savannah Union Mission, serves as a parent board member for the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System, and volunteers with the Savannah Police Department.
