About the Facilitator
LaTonya Wilkins, PCC, is a Leadership + Group Coach, Community Builder and author of the award-winning Leading Below the Surface. She is the founder of Leading Below the Surface: Relational Coach Training, an ICF-approved leadership and coaching development experience, and Change Coaches, a firm built on one simple truth: the competencies that make a great leader and a great coach are the same.
