2026 Learning Series with LaTonya Wilkins: Conversations That Go Below the Surface
Session 3: Mutual Psychological Safety – Creating Shared Fields Where Truth, Conflict, and Transformation Can Emerge
Hosted by Change Coaches in Partnership with ICF Georgia
Cost: Complimentary
In this session, we’ll explore mutual psychological safety—the shared conditions that allow both coach and client to stay present, honest, and open in the coaching relationship.
We’ll look at safety not as something the coach “creates” for the client, but as something that emerges between two people over time, in real moments of interaction.
We’ll discuss:
- What mutual psychological safety actually looks like in coaching conversations
- How coaches and clients each contribute to—or disrupt—safety in the moment
- How to stay present when safety feels uncertain or uneven
This is a facilitated, conversational learning space designed for reflection, dialogue, and real-time practice.
