2026 Learning Series with LaTonya Wilkins: Conversations That Go Below the Surface

Session 2: Coaching in Depth – Working Below the Surface with Presence, Skill, and Human Insight

About the 2026 Learning Series: A complimentary learning series for coaches who want to slow down, deepen presence, and engage in more meaningful conversations—especially in moments of complexity, transition, and change.

This six-part learning series offers thoughtfully facilitated 60-minute virtual sessions designed for depth, practice, and reflection. Together, we’ll explore what it means to coach below the surface of our work—beyond tools and frameworks—and into the relational dynamics that shape trust, safety, and real transformation.

Hosted by Change Coaches in Partnership with ICF Georgia

Date & Time: May 6 at 12 PM ET

Format: Live, virtual, facilitated conversation

Cost: Complimentary

In this session, we’ll explore how to bring greater presence and relational awareness into your coaching. You’ll practice noticing what’s alive below the surface of each conversation and experiment with approaches that help clients feel seen, heard, and understood.

We’ll discuss:

  • How to stay present and attentive to what’s alive in the moment
  • Strengthening relational awareness to support clients’ growth
  • Creating shared safety where insight and change can emerge naturally
  • Practical ways to bring depth, connection, and human insight into every coaching conversation

This is a facilitated, conversational learning space designed for reflection, dialogue, and real-time practice.
