This reflective and practical session explores how coaches can remain grounded and effective while supporting clients through uncertainty, disruption, and transition. Coaching in Chaotic Times introduces the CALM framework — a four-part reflective model designed to strengthen coaching presence, deepen listening, and evoke meaningful awareness in complex environments.
Originally presented to the Friends of Government Coaching (FOGC), this session has since benefited over 100 coaches and leaders across sectors and has become a favorite offering for ICF chapter events. Participants will learn practical ways to create steadiness in coaching conversations and help clients move forward with clarity and resilience even when circumstances feel unsettled.
